It is the Petlad EducationTrust is the backbone of the institution.The institution was the dream of visionaries Late Rajratna Sheth and Shree Ramanlal Keshavlal Parikh in 946, Sheth Shree Amrutlal Ramanlal Parikh founded the institution catering the need of education in the area.

Admissions are open for F.Y.BA and F.Y.B.Sc.
College has introduced semester system as per Gujarat University rules and regulations, from this year. College is also offering Career Oriented Courses.
Student can select Gujarati, Economics, Sociology, Communication skill, Computer Science, Environment Science etc. subjects in First Year BA.
Student can select Physics, Chemistry, Micro Biology, Mathematics, Communication skill, Computer Science, Environment Science etc. subjects in First Year .B.Sc.
